Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Broker/Salesperson specializing in Industrial, Commercial, Retail, and investment properties to join our dynamic team. Must have your own vehicle. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market and be adept at guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes. This role requires strong negotiation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service We are an established Real Estate Company with 120 years of experience in Commercial, Industrial, Retail, and investment properties working in Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, and Staten Island.

This is a Commission Based Position.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms.
  • Maintain compliance with real estate laws and ethical standards.
  • Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively and attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Provide administrative support including managing listings, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients to build trust and encourage referrals for future business.
  • Stay updated on changes in real estate law and market conditions to provide informed advice.

Skills

  • Proven sales & leasing experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
  • Strong negotiation skills to advocate for clients’ best interests during transactions.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions including documentation management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings and client relationships simultaneously.
  • A keen understanding of the local real estate market dynamics to provide strategic insights.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: This is a Commission Only based position with earnings ranging from $70,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
